Isaiah 25:10-12

¹⁰ For in this mountain the hand of the LORD shall rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.

¹¹ And he shall extend his hand in the midst of him as he that swims spreads forth his hand to swim: and he shall bring down his pride with the members of his hands

¹² and lay siege to the fortress of thy high walls; he shall humble it and bring it down to the ground, even to the dust.
